Social Care Manager Role
Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service, who's mission it is to assist young people in reaching their full potential and integrate into the community.
The chosen candidate will provide direct care services to young people under the age of 12 as directed by policies and procedures set out by our client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all young people receive high-quality care and support to reach their full potential.
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff teams to deliver effective care and support services.
* Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of young people.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
* A minimum QQI level 7 qualification in Social Care.
* A management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting (either currently held or enrolled in a program leading to this qualification).
* 4 years of full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification. Alternatively, a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a similar setting.
* Strong knowledge of child protection, HIQA regulations, and ability to provide strong leadership to support staff teams.
* A full clean driver's license is preferred.
