As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for setting out and checking works, liaising with sub-contractors, and maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team.

About the Role:

* Set out and check works in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site to plan and construct projects.
* Support the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
* Maintain strong relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel.
* Lead and motivate a team of engineers to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
* Supervise works and ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
">
* A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role with a main contractor.
* Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team on site.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
