6. Support the development of categories & key lines

7. Work with store management on market research to ensure we provide the best product range for our customers' needs

8. Cross selling products increasing purchase amounts

9. Maintaining accurate inventory and books to ensure stock loss is within budget
",">
10. Minimizing stock and margin loss through sales floor sales process
",">
11. Effective and timely re-stocking of the store
",">
12. Provide great customer service by consistently achieving service targets
",">
13. Dealing with all customer queries including telephone queries in an efficient and professional manner
",">
14. Processing payment and dealing with customer point of sales enquiries
",">
15. Improve & maintain a high-quality standard of store presentation

16. Effective communication channels put in place with other team members
",">
17. Resolve common customers complaints

18. The ability to be a brand ambassador for the company

19. Using own experience and skill set to guide and help other team members

20. Competitor visits to check for opportunities for our business to develop

21. Attend sales conferences to meet suppliers and gain expert training
