Strategic Partner Development Manager for Sellside Monetization
This role is part of Google's Partnerships Development team, which seeks to identify and explore new opportunities with the company's partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising industry and experience working with key stakeholders.
About the Job
The Strategic Partner Development Manager will work closely with leading Israeli publishers focused on global markets to help grow their digital advertising business. This includes developing and executing plans to grow and develop partnerships, driving business and adoption of Google's Sellside products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Israeli local team to develop and execute plans to grow and develop partnerships.
* Engage internally with other Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs), technical, and product experts within Google, and externally with partners.
* Manage relationships for existing agreements, optimize value, and build stronger partnerships.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geographies to launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets.
About You
We're looking for someone with a strong background in business development, partnerships, account management, or related fields. Fluency in Hebrew and English is required, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience managing end-to-end partnerships and understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem are also highly valued.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, management consulting, ads, e-commerce, apps, gaming, or technology industries.
* Ability to communicate fluently in Hebrew and English.
