Data Tester – 6 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin
What’s Involved
* Validate and reconcile large data sets across legacy and target systems to ensure complete, accurate migrations.
* Develop and execute data, integration, and regression test cases — both manual and automated.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to define mapping, transformation, and validation rules for Snowflake and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
* Conduct ETL testing using tools such as Azure Data Factory and SSIS, verifying data pipelines and transformation logic.
* Validate data loads and entity structures within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Identify and document data anomalies or discrepancies using SQL and analysis tools.
What’s Needed
* 7+ years’ experience in QA and software testing, ideally within financial or enterprise data environments.
* Strong SQL skills for data interrogation and validation (Snowflake and SQL Server).
* Proven experience with data migration projects, cloud-based testing, and enterprise data platforms.
* Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS.Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse structures.
* Exposure to test automation scripting and test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
