Project Planning and Coordination Specialist
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale SAP transformation programme as an experienced Project Support Analyst / Scheduler.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing integrated project planning and programme support, ensuring schedules, dependencies, and reporting are maintained accurately across all workstreams.
This position involves maintaining integrated programme schedule across all workstreams, consolidating PM plans into a single MS Project/Smartsheet view, tracking dependencies, milestones, and critical path across Build, Test, Cutover, and Run, as well as supporting RAID log management and status reporting.
Additional responsibilities include providing project administration support, including governance packs, minutes, follow-ups, and document control.
* Maintain accurate records of programme schedule and dependencies
* Consolidate multiple project management plans into a unified platform
* Track key milestones and critical paths throughout the programme lifecycle
* Support effective RAID log management and status reporting
* Provide administrative support for programme governance and documentation
The ideal candidate will possess experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, as well as proficiency in MS Project and Smartsheet. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also essential.
