The Fork & Wheel Restaurant is looking for an experienced Bar Person to join our team in Midleton. This is a role for someone who knows their way behind a bar — confident in their craft, comfortable with guests, and able to hold their own during a busy service.
The Role
Greet and serve guests, taking orders and making recommendations with confidence
Prepare and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
Handle cash and card payments accurately
Assist with stock management and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
Solid bar experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
Reliable, flexible, and available for evenings and weekends
Please note: due to our location, your own transport or a reliable means of getting to and from The Fork & Wheel is essential.
