Community Operations Analyst - Russian Language + Culture Experts

Do you want to make a real impact in our online community? We need multilingual professionals with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and above all, empathy

Main Responsibilities:

1. Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
2. Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
3. Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards.
4. Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.
5. Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.
6. Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
7. Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Skills & Competences:

8. Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
9. Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
10. Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.
11. Decision-Making: Prioritise, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
12. Time Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to consistently meet KPIs.

Skills:

13. Fluency in Russian.
14. Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
15. Due to specific client requirements, this role is only open to those who, having lived in Russia, have a strong understanding and affiliation with Russian culture and linguistic nuances.

Contract:

16. Full-time, permanent.

Compensation & Benefits:

17. Working Hours: Day shift (9-5.30).
18. Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.

IMPORTANT:
