Construction Services Ireland is a leading commercial property maintenance company who provide reactive and planned maintenance for large scale multi-site clients throughout Ireland.We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter to join our team.Duties/Responsibilities- Carry out scheduled property maintenance & minor project works- Ensuring all work complies with Company and Client Health & Safety standards- Attend reactive callouts; identify and report back to the office the need for ad-hoc repairs- Complete any repairs required and approved on site- Submit a photographic completion report showing the works completed (through our inhouse workflow app)Essential Requirements- The successful candidate must;- Be qualified in carpentry works and have site experience- Have experience working on roofs and rainwater systems ie gutters- Possess an up to date SafePass card or equivalent- Hold a full clean drivers licence- Have their own tools- Have a fluent level of English, spoken and written- Be able to use email systems and mobile phone systems and apps - as the use of our job tracking app is essential- Have good knowledge of the Dublin area- Be flexible with working hours (reactive emergency callouts)- Ability to work on other projects within the maintenance department and refurbishment department- Ability to work well both on own initiative, and part of a teamDesirable Requirements- Have a good understanding and general knowledge and experience in plumbing & electrical works.Benefits include use of a Company vehicle, fuel card and Company mobile phone.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
