Our goal is to support our team of caregivers in delivering compassionate and professional care that enables individuals to maintain active and fulfilling lifestyles.Job Summary:This role will require occasional travel to InisCare's offices located in Dublin, Meath, and Kildare.The Training role is intended for a highly skilled and motivated individual who will support and inspire learners within our organization. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training programs designed to enhance the professional development of our staff while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of care and fostering a culture of continuous education within our organisation.Responsibilities:Compliance and Standards: Adhere to all InisCare company policies and procedures and ensure you have a good understanding of same.Continuously update and develop all training programmes to meet InisCare staff needs.Analyse the effectiveness of all our training programmes and workshops.Collaborate with InisCare management to identify training needs for employee's and schedule appropriate trainingContinuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions to training needsProvide feedback to recruiters on potential new employeesOversee current employee's renewal of mandatory trainingSkills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms.Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods accordingly.Work with a positive attitude and strive for continuous development.Qualifications:QQI Certified Manual Handling & People Moving Instructor – EssentialPC Skills – EssentialFirst Aid – DesirableExperience:Work Experience: 2-5 years' experience in delivering training - EssentialExperience working in a Healthcare Setting - DesirableSkills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency PC skills are a requirement - EssentialLeadership - EssentialBenefits:Competitive salary depending on experienceMileage paid at €0.44 per kmRefer-a-Friend Program – €150.00 per referralCareer Progression Plan, guidance and supportOngoing training and professional development opportunities including QQI Level courses & CPR TrainingSupportive work environment with a focus on employee well-beingOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customersHours of work9am to 5pm Monday to FridayAdditional hours may be required outside of the standard Monday to Friday schedule, as needed
