* Attend site meetings to create health and safety documents.

Key Responsibilities:
Source materials, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers and procurement teams.
Oversee commissioning, testing, and project closeout from site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience managing mechanical projects on site, including installations and commissioning.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical services, builders work, and technical drawings.
Able to manage sub-contractors, staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Relevant trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering.
