Job Purpose
As experienced and driven Product Marketing leader, you will support our growing Content Tech solutions and help to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy for our Generate – Content Tech business unit, ensuring alignment with revenue growth, customer retention and satisfaction goals.
Your responsibilities will span product launches, cross-functional enablement and strategic marketing initiatives that include product offerings, highlight our value to customers and strengthen our leadership in the market.

Team Leadership
* Lead and develop the product marketing team through clear goals and regular 1:1s
* Drive accountability, performance, and career development
Strategy & GTM
* Set top-down product marketing strategy and direction for the business unit
* Own product marketing budget, KPIs, and performance metrics
* Ensure that each product and solution within the Content Tech offering is clearly defined, market-ready, and supported with the insight, messaging and content required to drive commercial success - across all stages of the funnel.
* Accountable for the product marketing budget
* Performance accountability - Track and report marketing contribution to pipeline
* Lead go-to-market strategy for new products
* Manage product launches and releases, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful execution.
* Act as a key stakeholder in lead generation and funnel optimization
* Work with content and demand generation teams to create thought leadership and funnel specific assets.
Positioning & Messaging
* Lead the development of product positioning and messaging. Work closely with the product, sales and engineering teams.
* Define unique value propositions for different customer segments.
* Monitor industry trends and translate insights into product and messaging recommendations.
* Develop and maintain strategic messaging frameworks aligned with buyer personas.
* Oversee development of sales and marketing assets (solution briefs, case studies, website copy)
* Own sales enablement content including pitch decks, playbooks, battle cards, and training
Sales, Market & Customer Insight
* Partner closely with Sales to align messaging and capture field insights
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss interviews.
* Lead competitive analysis and customer research
* Support analyst relations and market-facing narratives
* Reporting and Events
* Provide weekly executive reporting on pipeline and channel performance
* Lead analytics, reporting, and optimization efforts
* Plan and execute key customer and lead-generation events

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or experience in B2B technology organization is required.
* B2B Product Marketing experience
* 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within a mid-to-large sized corporation
* Strong people leadership and cross-functional influence
* Data-driven, commercially minded approach
