Are you ready to step into a dynamic role at a leading global Wealth & Asset Management firm? Our client are looking for aProcurement & Accounts Payable Specialistto join our Dublin-based team. You’ll play a key part in managing the full procurement cycle, supporting vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing — all within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, due diligence, and performance tracking
* Support internal teams with procurement planning and compliance
* Maintain a central register of third-party providers
* Process and reconcile supplier invoices
* Coordinate payment runs with a strong focus on internal controls
* Report procurement performance to the Procurement Committee
What You’ll Bring:
* Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, or similar
* 1–3 years' experience in procurement, finance, or accounts payable
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ideally SAP or similar systems
* Understanding of Irish/EU procurement and VAT regulations
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
