We're partnering with a fast-growing Irish company in the energy and sustainability sector that's expanding its Customer Excellence function with two new Account Manager Specialists.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building lasting client partnerships. You'll be the main point of contact for key business customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and uncovering new ways to add value at every stage of their journey.
You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding and adoption through to renewal and account growth. Success in this role means happy clients, long-term relationships, and measurable commercial impact.
We're looking for someone who brings:
• 3–5+ years' experience in account management, customer success, or client service
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in delivering a great customer experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments (advantageous but not essential)
