About You: As a seasoned Senior Account Manager, you've mastered the art of client relations and project delivery.
You thrive in high-pressure situations, delivering on time and within budget, while earning the trust and admiration of both clients and colleagues.
You're eager to take full responsibility for campaign execution, from planning and budgeting to managing a talented team, external suppliers, and all the finer details.
You're passionate about the experiential, shopper marketing, and advertising industries, and you're ready to progress into an Account Director role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage campaigns from start to finish for high-profile clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and mutual respect.
Drive project management processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and help turn them into billable projects.
Write client briefs, project presentations, proposals, and copy, as well as award submissions.
Take ownership of project logistics, ensuring resources, materials, and planning are in place for successful execution.
Be a proactive, solution-oriented leader who can inspire your team to perform at their best.
Skills & Experience:5+ years in a marketing agency, currently in an Account Manager role.
Expert knowledge of creative processes, print specification, experiential marketing, digital/social integration, and relevant legal/industry guidelines.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and sharing that knowledge with your team.
Experience managing high-profile clients and leading new business pitches.
