Restaurant Operations Director
* The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a high-end restaurant, lounge, and conference center within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* This role involves managing all aspects of food and beverage services including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
* A key aspect of this position is fostering strong relationships with colleagues and other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
* At least two years of full management experience in high-end restaurants and bars within a similar hospitality setting.
* Establishing and maintaining high service standards throughout all food and beverage areas of the property.
* Experience in supervising a busy restaurant and bar, team management, and scheduling.
* Stock control, stocktaking, ordering, and receiving procedures should be well understood.
* Collaboration with colleagues and other departments is crucial for providing an excellent customer experience.
* Training and up-skilling staff members on various service aspects and standards.
* Presentation, communication, and organizational skills are paramount for success in this role.
