Key Accountabilities:
* Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership among team members
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize digital capabilities and drive quality customer engagements
* Leverage relationships with key stakeholders, KBI's, and community groups to advocate for the organization

* Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills
* Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
* Ability to deliver on multiple business objectives and manage a growth agenda
