Senior Team Lead Substation for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Ireland
Responsibilities
Lead the substation design team in delivering high?quality designs and safety coordination across a diverse portfolio of transmission and distribution projects.
Manage HV project design support across internal and external delivery models (EPC & D&B).
Establish and maintain HV project substation template designs and design libraries.
Coordinate with external framework designers.
Develop and implement plans to improve and standardise HVP processes, incorporating lessons learned and project review feedback.
Undertake Lead Engineer responsibilities as required, supporting HV project design across internal and external delivery teams.
Provide leadership and technical guidance in project conception, scoping, costing, design, programming, commercial aspects (customer and renewable connections), design review, training, mentorship, and client interfaces.
Oversee specialist work streams and approve all key work outputs.
Requirements
Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent relevant work experience
