About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Systems Specialist to join our team in Clane, County Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering and technical support to plan, schedule, coordinate and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in VRF, HVRF, DX, splits, BACnet and HVAC systems. Good knowledge of Mitsubishi Systems is essential. The ability to deal with high level construction projects and meet targets and deadlines is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of reports to manufacturers guidelines
* Provide engineering and technical support
* Witness static & dynamic testing of complex mechanical, electrical & controls systems
* Perform Test Procedures
* Interact with contractors, interpreting design and specifications
* Conduct site observation surveys and prepares field reports
* Prepare punch list reports and determines corrective measures
* Prepare general condition survey reports
* Familiarise oneself with codes, local project regulations, construction practices and the latest equipment functional concepts
* Adhere to all project safety requirements
* Perform routine calculations
* Act as project coordinator with other field engineers
* Review shop drawings and submissions
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in VRF, HVRF, DX, splits, BACnet and HVAC systems
* Good knowledge of Mitsubishi Systems
* Be fluent in both written and spoken English
* The ability to deal with high level construction projects
* Be able to meet targets and deadlines
* Be available to travel within Europe
* Be F-Gas certified
* Work well under pressure
* Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
