The role of an IT Analyst involves proactively supporting the improvement of business processes by strategically aligned implementations, developments and adaptations to both existing and new applications. As part of the IT Team across the division, you will have interactions with project stakeholders, key users, IT team leaders, domain architects, solution architects.

Responsibilities

* Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams;
">
* Work with process owners (managers and key users) to provide process analysis competence, including preparation of demands and project proposals, mapping of as-is and to-be processes;
">
* Facilitate discussions by cross-functional teams of key-users (sometimes multi-national) to find and realise solutions;
">
* Use various requirement elicitation techniques and evaluate technical level solutions to write functional/technical specifications that realise requests with minimal customisation;
">
* Support system and application software setups, configurations, internal controls analysis and updates, reporting, and continuous improvement of internal processes.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
A 3rd level qualification in IT, Business Information Systems, Business Analysis or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of business applications such as ERP, HCM, CRM, PLM, including APIs, databases, is essential. Advanced computer skills are ideal. Ideally, 4-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
