Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation professional to join our team as a PMO Analyst. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile business transformation projects, driving change and influencing decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support the PMO Lead and Programme Manager in delivering major business transformation programmes.
2. Manage and coach junior programme resources.
3. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget.
4. Oversee project logs, including project plans, risk and issue logs, project budgets, and resource plans.
5. Develop and update project reports, including status reports.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative solutions addressing client business and technology issues.
7. Support development of Governance fora paper production and administration/minutes.
8. Assist in the development and maintenance of integrated programme plan artefacts.
9. Manage Programme Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
10. Process multi-million euro invoices and ensure timely payment.
11. Perform Clarity Reconciliations and True-Ups/Timesheet management.
12. Support EY programme leadership with account and engagement contracting processes.
13. Prepare documents for programme/business senior management/C-Suite as needed.
14. Communicate effectively with the engagement team, clients, and internal stakeholders.
15. Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients.
16. Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to explain complex problems through to solution.
17. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops or process mapping sessions as necessary.
18. Create high-quality documents for client stakeholders' audience.
19. Assist in engagement management, organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.
20. Lead junior competency/engagement team members in coaching.
21. Support Senior Managers in delivering Service Quality practices and standards.
22. Contribute to EY FSO Business Consulting business development activities.
23. Ensure operational metrics are met across EY Business Consulting operations.
24. Promote the Business Transformation community of practice through internal EY competency activities.
