We are partnering with a growing Irish manufacturing business to appoint a Head of HR & IR. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the people agenda for a scaling organisation with international operations and ambitious growth plans. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for: Building scalable HR processes and systems Industrial Relations and union engagement Employee Relations and employment law compliance International HR governance and contracts Recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition Succession planning and leadership development Developing a meaningful CSR agenda The ideal candidate will bring: HR leadership experience within a unionised manufacturing environment Strong Industrial Relations expertise, including union engagement and dispute resolution Experience supporting international workforces and multi-jurisdiction employment matters A hands-on approach combined with strategic capability The energy and drive to build and enhance HR practices in a fast-growing business This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact as the organisation enters its next phase of growth and transformation.
