The successful candidate will act as a mentor and preceptor to novice healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* A registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
* At least 12 months' post-registration experience in oncology - essential
* Active participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
