* Manage calls and emails
* Book travel arrangements
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to anticipate and meet customer needs
* Efficient organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Flexibility in approach to work
* Professional and courteous manner at all times
* Prior experience within the industry is desirable but not essential
