**Product Development Lead**
Job Description:
* Lead the end-to-end development of multiple new products, including design, process development, scale-up and validation.
* Apply Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies to optimize formulation and manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cGMP regulations, pharmaceutical lifecycle management, project management principles, process scale-up strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field.
* A minimum 5-7 years' experience in pharmaceutical product or process development with proven track record managing multiple programs simultaneously.
