Position Overview:
Our team consists of talented individuals passionate about AIML and optimizing Apple services. As part of the Data Operations team, you will play a key role in enhancing user experience by annotating and evaluating audio and visual data from customers who have opted into the grading program. Your language, cultural knowledge, and analytical skills will be essential in assessing responses against guidelines. Flexibility and prioritization are crucial in our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. We focus on creative solutions to improve how customers interact with our products.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Flemish (reading, writing, comprehension) for the specific market
* Fluency in English (reading, writing, comprehension) for collaboration with international teams
* Excellent active listening skills, with an ability to understand verbal nuances
* Knowledge of the local region and cultural variations
* Integrity and a focus on customer privacy
