Job Title: Lead Generation Strategist
Overview
This impactful role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional to shape pipeline growth and revenue through creative, data-driven campaigns and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness.
* Execute and optimize targeted outreach to identify, nurture, and qualify new opportunities at every stage of the funnel.
* Create compelling, tailored campaign messaging and value propositions that engage prospects and position our unique value in the market.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular performance reports on campaign effectiveness, pipeline status, and KPIs such as MQLs and conversion rates.
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of demand generation initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2+ years in a demand generation, digital marketing, or related marketing role with measurable results.
* Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, content marketing, and campaign management.
* Experience working with marketing automation platforms and HubSpot systems.
* Analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location and Travel
This position can be based in our Dublin or London office. Occasional travel may be required in the EU and the USA.
