Operations Management Role
This role offers an opportunity to lead a production team, ensuring targets and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of GMP / FDA regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, and performance management. Strong problem-solving abilities and process knowledge are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a production team to achieve quality and service targets
* Manage production to meet customer requirements and maintain inventory levels
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
* Develop and implement training curriculums and team training plans
* Maintain high-level GMP / 6S within the department
Requirements:
* 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
* 2 years' experience as a supervisor
* Degree or Masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering, or similar discipline
* Strong knowledge of GMP / FDA regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
