Job Description: The position of Maintenance Manager is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of a 4-star hotel in the Leinster area.
The successful candidate will oversee a major upgrade and expansion project while coordinating contractors and working with senior management throughout.
This role requires someone with strong experience in hotel maintenance who can take ownership on site, manage planned preventative maintenance, lead external contractors, and ensure health & safety compliance.
