We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction equipment and be proficient in using online catalogues.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Taking customer orders over the phone and assisting with spare parts identification
* Pricing and ordering spare parts
* Unpacking and organizing stock
* Assisting customers at the parts counter
* Liaising with suppliers and brands
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A keen interest in machinery
* Good computer literacy
* Strong communication skills and fluent clear English
* A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
