Key Responsibilities Prepare and refine developer appraisals, supported by the external QS team Review costs, spot margin opportunities, and advise on value engineering Own project budgets, cashflows, and cost tracking from end to end Advise on procurement strategies, contractor selection, and commercial risk Coordinate design team appointments and contract packages Prepare and manage client-direct subcontractor packages Maintain internal benchmarking data to inform future projects Youll Thrive In This Role If You Have 5+ years' experience in QS or cost consultancy ideally with developer exposure Are commercially sharp and confident with budgets, contracts, and negotiations Communicate clearly and directly no waffle, no drama Enjoy working autonomously but with the support of smart, capable peers Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and constantly look for smarter ways to build Are grounded, reliable, and confident in your own ability but never arrogant Desirable Qualifications and Experience Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Experience across residential, medical, and commercial development sectors Exposure to project management or delivery oversight responsibilities Apply If youre a confident, commercially aware Quantity Surveyor who wants to do meaningful work and grow into bigger challenges wed love to speak with you.
