The successful candidate will support children, young people, and families through assessment, intervention, safeguarding, and care planning in line with policies and statutory responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake child protection and welfare assessmentsManage a caseload and develop care/intervention plansWork collaboratively with families, schools, healthcare professionals, and external agenciesMaintain accurate case records and reportsAttend court and multidisciplinary meetings where requiredPromote positive outcomes and safeguarding for children and vulnerable individualsDegree or Masters in Social WorkCORU registrationStrong communication, assessment, and report-writing skillsAbility to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamFull clean driving licence and access to transport (desirable/required depending on role)
