Key Responsibilities:
* Support the project delivery team by providing technical input and guidance across design, procurement, and implementation phases.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure designs meet project requirements.
* Review vendor submissions, equipment specifications, and technical documentation to confirm compliance with project standards.
* Facilitate coordination between disciplines to ensure smooth integration of new production systems.
* Provide technical support during FAT, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and validation activities at vendor and site locations.
* Contribute to project schedules, milestone tracking, and cost discussions to support timely delivery.
* Act as a technical point of contact for multiple project teams, providing direction, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues.
* Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance across all engineering and implementation activities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences facility design, project delivery, or large-scale systems implementation.
* Strong background in engineering within highly regulated environments, including vendor management and multidisciplinary team coordination.
* Experience with commissioning, design review, or technical oversight of production systems is highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to increasing onsite responsibilities as projects advance.
* Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Willingness to travel to vendor sites for FAT and potential trans-European or occasional trans-Atlantic engagements.
