Role Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Enablement Set the direction for how Guinness harnesses digital to deliver brand and business growth aligning strategy, capability, and innovation to drive value and empower markets.

Lead Guinness' digital and data agenda, ensuring MBP priorities are powered by best-in-class capabilities and digital strategy.

Translate strategic objectives into initiatives that harness Diageo's tools and platforms to accelerate impact.

Unlock value by codifying and scaling best practice, turning successful pilots and innovations into repeatable activations.

Equip and empower markets with the right capabilities, platforms, and playbooks to deliver consistent, high-quality execution.

Omnichannel Connections & Innovation Shape an omnichannel strategy that ensures Guinness reaches consumers with the right content, in the right place, at the right time, while pushing boundaries through innovation and partnerships.

Lead the development of Guinness' global media strategy across channels, ensuring it ladders up to brand growth drivers and MBP priorities.

Champion an omnichannel mindset aligning media, content, and experiences so every touchpoint has a clear role to play.

Drive strategic partnerships and innovation in areas such as retail media and AI-driven creative solutions (Virtual Content Studio).

Ensure sufficiency and effectiveness are achieved for priority programs (e.g., Premier League, Guinness 0.0), unlocking growth through effective investment.

Codify learnings from markets and pilots, scaling what works to improve reach, quality, and impact globally.

Connected Commerce & Experiences Transform Guinness' owned ecosystem into a powerful growth engine connecting physical & digital experiences, commerce, and data to deepen relationships and drive value.

Create connected consumer journeys that bridge on & off trade, brand homes, e Commerce, and digital platforms — turning moments of discovery and interest into participation and purchase.

Grow and activate our first-party data asset through My Guinness and beyond, using insight to power personalisation, precision media, and measurable business impact.

Unify global and market priorities behind one ecosystem vision scaling best practice, driving innovation, and proving how connected experiences drives penetration and premiumisation.

Capabilities And Experience Required Proven experience in leading digital within a global brand or FMCG environment.

Expertise in media strategy, data activation, CRM, and digital commerce.

Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, consumer data platforms, and AI-driven content solutions.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across global and local markets.

Experience in scaling digital innovation and embedding capability across diverse teams.
