Reporting into the Site Director, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Site Leadership Team whilst availing of a fantastic pay and benefits package.
What's in it for you? 25 days +10 bank holidays per year €60,000 base salary Career progression opportunities What will you do? People Strategy & Planning Partner with the Site Director and Leadership Team to devise and execute on the Group People Strategy.
Develop, maintain, and review the sites manpower plan in line with operational demand and budget Lead on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design to futureproof our people capability Employee Relations & Relations Advise on complex ER matters and ensure compliance with company policy and employment law Embed and promote DE&I initiatives, well-being activities, and employee reward programmes Build strong partnerships with union representatives, the Peoples Forum, and Occupational Health Learning & Development Lead the development and delivery of the sites L&D strategy including apprenticeships and career pathways Support and coach leaders through PDRs, 360 feedback, and development plans Champion their internal learning platforms and ensure utilisation of the Apprenticeship Levy HR Systems Maintain accurate HR and payroll data using systems Ensure full compliance in audits ethical, legal, and customer Produce and analyse site KPIs on absence, turnover, DE&I, employee development, etc., with actionable insights Community & Culture Building Lead local charity initiatives, community outreach, and school partnerships Drive employee participation in our What We Bring to the Table initiatives Foster a teamwork culture aligned with our company values What will you need? Experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner position Skilled in leading on complex ER cases, delivering on HR Strategies and onboarding new employees Experienced in absence management, leading on engagement/Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and devising/delivering training.
