We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef to join our catering team at a healthcare establishment in the Bray area. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and cooking nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
* Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and serviced as per manufacturer instructions and Health and Safety requirements
* Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications such as a Level 6 Chef qualification and up-to-date HACCP Level 2 certification. A valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions is also required. Additionally, compliance with our Garda Vetting process is necessary for all chefs working within healthcare contracts. Providing points of contact for references from previous roles is essential.
