Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in developing the Haematology service to meet the clinical needs of patients;

* Implement operational processes to optimise resource use;

* Evaluate assays, equipment, consumables and research projects;

* Perform tasks and duties in compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

* A registered Medical Scientist with CORU;

* A Master's level qualification in a relevant area;

* 3 years or more clinical post-qualification experience as a Medical Scientist in Haematology;

* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;

* Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
