Cybersecurity GRC Lead

Salary - €95,000 - €110,00 per annum
My client has an opening for a Cybersecurity GRC Lead to support the development and oversight of technology risk and compliance frameworks, working across global teams to manage regulatory requirements and strengthen governance across technology and cybersecurity domains.
Operating as Cybersecurity GRC Lead, your duties include:
Staying ahead of emerging technologies and regulatory changes, advising the business on compliant adoption
Reviewing and assessing significant risk and security events, ensuring alignment with risk frameworks and controls
Contributing to strategic risk assessments, including new initiatives, regulatory developments and external risk events
Providing independent oversight of technology risks, particularly in cloud and AI/ML adoption
The successful Cybersecurity GRC Lead will bring:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or cloud certifications (e.g. CCSP, AWS)
Ability to assess complex systems, identify risks, and recommend effective controls
Strong understanding of risk management principles and mitigation strategies
Exposure to data-driven and innovative approaches to risk management
Understanding of risk frameworks (NIST, ISO) and modern engineering practices such as Agile and DevOps
