MooreHaven Board Vacancy The MooreHaven Board wish to add Engineering capability and experience to our Board.
We are looking for experienced people with an strong Engineering/Construction background as follows:
Engineering; Construction Management; Architects; Chartered Surveyors; Planning; Project Management; Vendor Management; Business
Management; etc.

The process for identification of potential nominations for the MooreHaven Board of Directors is in general terms as follows: Step 1: Identification of potential nominees;
Step 2: Members of the Audit and Nominations Sub Committee set up a meeting with potential nominees to discuss the opportunity & what is required.
Step 3: A list of suitable Nominees is developed.
Step 4: The names of those recommended for Nomination to the Board are placed before the members at the AGM for ratification and appointment.
NB: All nominees will be contacted and decisions communicated throughout the process. The Director positions on the Board of MooreHaven are voluntary positions and therefore unpaid.
