The position requires hands-on technical expertise and a customer-focused approach to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.Key Equipment Includes:Mechanical Vapor Compression StillsReverse Osmosis (RO) SystemsUltrafiltration UnitsWater Softening and Carbon Filtration SystemsDistribution Systems: Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, and InstrumentationKey ResponsibilitiesService & Maintenance:Ensure reliable operation by performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installed systems.Commissioning:Install and commission new equipment, including conducting tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting to optimise system performance.Customer Interaction:Represent the company professionally, fostering positive relationships and delivering tailored solutions to client needs.Documentation:Prepare detailed reports, including service logs, technical feedback, and compliance records.Training & Feedback:Provide technical training for clients and relay customer feedback to improve future product development.Compliance:Adhere to cGMP, health and safety, and regulatory standards during all operations.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Degree/Diploma in Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, and instrumentation.Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.Strong understanding of water purification systems (RO, filtration, etc.).Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel nationally and internationally.Desirable:Knowledge ofAllen BradleyandSiemens PLCs.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, FDA).Water Filtration and ServicingExperience with start-up and commissioning projects.What We OfferCompetitive salaryCareer development opportunities, with potential for promotion.Health insurance, company pension (up to 5% contribution),Company van.#LI-DB4
