€100,000 plus packageOur client, Europe's only dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning, is currently seeking a CSA Construction Manager to join their team on a major data centre project in Dublin 15.
This is an excellent permanent opportunity to work within a leading business sector synonymous with cutting-edge data centre infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers to ensure successful delivery of all CSA scope
Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence
Coordinate and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works
Develop a delivery strategy for CSA work packages, supporting the commercial team in preparing scope documents and subcontract packages
Review client designs, identify discrepancies, and lead resolution to protect the company's contractual and commercial interests
Work closely with QA/QC teams to develop and manage site quality plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements
Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and progress tracking
Develop, manage, and report on project schedules in conjunction with Planning, Project Management, and subcontractors
Chair and host weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and ensure accurate documentation and records are maintained
Oversee project close-out activities including punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirementsJob Requirements:Relevant construction-related degree, equivalent qualification or relevant experience
Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or in a similar senior role on large-scale construction projects; data centre experience is highly desirable
Strong track record in managing and successfully delivering CSA work packages
Ability to maintain oversight of the overall project while managing technical details
Experience in project scheduling, programming, sequencing, and producing xsokbrc look-ahead forecasts
Demonstrated success in leading and managing internal construction teams
Experience delivering large-scale, fast-track, and technically complex projects
