Remote IT Technician

What You'll Do:
* Provide remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents efficiently
* Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and devices
* Assist with user account management and access control
* Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
* Document issues, solutions, and system configurations accurately
* Collaborate with other IT team members to support projects and upgrades
* Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are met
What We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical services
* Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and network fundamentals
* Experience with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and ITSM platforms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service
