Coordination of administration of project activities, schedules, and communication. Handling project documentation and ensuring its accuracy. Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Managing the various administrative and organisational tasks required to ensure each runs smoothly, stays within budget, complies with regulations and meets quality standards. Maintain and organise project documentation to ensure project documentation is up to date and readily available to project team. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and distribute information and updates to appropriate parties. Assisting in obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, regulatory agencies and clients to ensure project complies with all requirements Help manage construction contracts and health and safety documentation and assist in the preparation of same Assist project team in tracking project expenses and budgets Maintain records of invoices, receipts and financial documents related to projects Collective collaboration within the project team to ensure ongoing document control of company incoming and outgoing information Liaising with clients and subcontractors when necessary and as requested Addressing emails of concern/priorities, to-dos pending and quotation assistance and invoices when required.
