Project Manager – Resource Deployment Manager
Location: Dublin – Dublin – Ireland
Responsibilities
Generate and deliver a variety of project work on customer sites, managing full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
Identify and generate project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, explaining feasibility and managing expectations.
Define and document scope of work with developers, designers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit tenders, conduct full tender analysis and negotiate commercial terms.
Lead as principle contractor within the CDM process, managing statutory and commercial risks.
Embed QHSE practices and ensure compliance with project management policies.
Oversee day‑to‑day operational aspects (estimating, quantity surveying, site management).Prepare monthly reports and maintain complete project documentation.
Business development: build pipeline of project opportunities, engage key decision makers.
Build strong relationships with customers, site teams and supply partners.
Maintain financial accountability: manage P&L, analyse variances, ensure profitability.
Implement project plans and programmes, monitor progress and deliver benefits.
Close out contracts, finalize accounts, and recover costs to be self‑funding.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years proven project management in M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
Running a P&L and leading a team.
Senior level operational experience.
Qualifications: CDM regulation, IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS, NEBOSH, recognised technical qualification in construction or engineering, and recognised project management qualification.
Business, writing, speaking, literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
Aptitude: Interpersonal, communication, influencing, commercial awareness, financial acumen, negotiation, presentation, customer management, networking and sales skills.
High integrity, motivation, skills, results‑focused and deadline‑oriented.
