HR Manager 12 Month Contract Hybrid 2 days in office weekly, flex start and end times Sanderson is working with its well known retail client to hire an experienced HR Manager for 12-month contract position. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a fast-paced, people-focused organisation. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you'll lead a busy HR team and act as a trusted partner to regional management and the wider business. This is a hands-on generalist remit that will suit a person who thrives on variety of work and knows how to keep HR operations front and centre while also driving strategic people initiatives. Core Responsibilities Lead and support the HR team to deliver a best-in-class service Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and people matters Manage and continuously improve policies, processes, and our HRIS system Drive key people initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and performance Champion recruitment best practice and ensure a strong pipeline of talent Support the development of Employer Brand and EVP Stay on top of employment law changes and lead compliance efforts across the business Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous development, and operational excellence Skills & Experience At least 5+ years' experience including 3+ at mid/senior level Proven track record of leading a team and influencing across all levels Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Strong communicator with the confidence to lead from the front Experience using HRIS, ATS, and data reporting tools Passionate about people, solutions-focused, and always willing to roll up your sleeves Skills: HR Manager HR Lead Sr HR Partner Benefits: Work From Home
