Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it meets platform guidelines and community standards. Your goal is to identify inappropriate or harmful content, take action according to policy, and contribute to maintaining a secure and respectful digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and moderate user-generated content in line with platform guidelines
* Identify and remove content that violates policies (violence, hate speech, spam, etc.)
* Make accurate decisions quickly while following defined procedures
* Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases according to internal protocols
* Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and consistency
* Document decisions clearly in internal systems
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* Stay updated on policy changes and moderation best practices
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
* Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
* Experience: 0–1 year in content moderation or related roles
* Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within an international environment
