We're working with one of Irelands leading modular building contractors on their recruitment of a Health and Safety Manager. This is a permanent role and will require travel to various construction sites.
Our client is based in Meath and leverages their extensive experience and LEAN principles to deliver sustainable, modern spaces across Ireland.

Responsibilities
8. Provide professional safety guidance and support.
9. Maintain robust risk assessment processes.
10. Ensure emergency planning and compliance checks.
11. Update and communicate the Safety Statement.
12. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
13. Oversee internal and subcontractor controls.
14. Manage lifting assets and operations.
15. Implement H&S audit plans.
16. Manage TBT schedules and accident investigations.
Requirements
17. Degree or equivalent in Health and Safety.
18. Experience in H&S and Occupational Health.
19. Team management experience across disciplines.
20. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
21. Knowledge of EHS principles.
22. Experience in safety training and program development.
23. IOSH certification or equivalent.
24. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
25. Attention to detail.
