Facilities Maintenance Specialist
About the Role:
* To provide expert technical support to our facilities and utilities team.
* We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure that Helpdesk jobs and PPM tasks are up-to-date, maintaining accurate reporting systems and monitoring responsibilities.
* As part of our facilities team, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives for site energy efficiency, reducing gas, electricity, and water consumption.
* You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to promote Energy Awareness and Sustainability through ISO 50,001 Energy Management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the facilities team to add new assets to the F2 Helpdesk/Asset database system and set up PPM schedules according to established guidelines.
* Work with the Facilities Supervisor and Bio-Medical Engineer to manage materials and stock levels for preventative and reactive maintenance work within budget constraints.
* Contribute to site utility operations maintenance planning and energy management strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Qualified Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Technician (Level 6 HETAC) certification is required.
* At least three years of post-qualification experience in a Facilities Maintenance role within a regulated Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Food and Beverage industry.
