Location: Dublin 2 (office-based 3 days/week; 2 days home‑working after probation)

About Slimbr Health
Slimbr Health runs a doctor‑led weight loss programme combining evidence‑based nutrition, supervised access to GLP‑1 medications, and calorie‑controlled plans. We’re building a team that can deliver high‑touch, clinically sound support to our patients on their weight loss journey. The dietician will be central in translating medical guidance into actionable, sustainable nutrition plans and delivering patient check‑ins by phone.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide one‑to‑one dietary assessments and counselling for patients enrolled in the weight‑loss programme.
 * Design tailored meal plans (calorie controlled) consistent with medical oversight and GLP‑1 regimen.
 * Conduct regular telephone follow‑ups with patients to monitor adherence, appetite, side effects; adjust plans as needed; provide behavioural/nutritional coaching and motivation.
 * Liaise closely with the medical team to ensure nutritional plans align with medical protocols.
 * Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report metrics (weight loss, adherence, feedback).
 * Develop educational materials (handouts, guides) for patients.
 * Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
 * Stay up to date with nutrition science (especially in obesity, GLP‑1 therapy, behaviour change).
 * Occasionally present group seminars/webinars to patients or internal staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills
 * Qualified in Dietetics, Nutrition, or equivalent.
 * Proven experience in clinical or therapeutic weight management / obesity nutrition.
 * Strong counselling/coaching skills; ability to motivate behaviour change.
 * Excellent communication skills (verbal + written), especially on the phone.
 * Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary medical environment.
 * Good organisational and documentation skills.
 * Ability to adapt nutritional plans in response to medical feedback.
 * Tech‑savvy (for remote calls, patient record systems).
Desirable
 * Experience working with GLP‑1 therapies or medically supervised weight loss.
 * Certifications in behaviour change, motivational interviewing.
 * Experience delivering group education or webinars.
 * Social media savvy.
Working Pattern
 * Based in Dublin 2 office 3 days per week (client assessments, meetings).
 * 2 days per week remote/home working (phone check‑ins, planning) after successful completion of 3‑month probation.
 * Flexible hours may occasionally be required for evening phone calls.
Performance Metrics
 * Patient retention / adherence rates.
 * Mean weight loss per patient cohort.
 * Patient satisfaction / feedback scores.
 * Accuracy and timeliness of record keeping.
