Overview
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre. Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
Duties

Role Overview
* Under the guidance of the Room Leader and Crèche Manager, you will: Support children's development through play, learning, and care activities
* Assist staff with day-to-day tasks in a dynamic crèche setting
* Work with children ranging from babies to preschool age
* Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in all areas
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
* Observe and document children's progress and development
* Help plan and implement age-appropriate activities
* Follow the service's policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as directed by the Crèche Manager
